My daughter has just had a condensing boiler fitted in her bedroom airing cupboard in her old terraced house. The plumber has left a gap as the flue goes through the airing cupboard ceiling in to the loft. He also removed the loft insulation from around the flue in the loft and it has created a considerable draught in the bedroom.
